Services Include:
3 prenatal visits where I answer any questions, establish preferences, continue birth and postpartum education, build or create your unique birth plan, and practice different balancing and comfort techniques.
Continuous text / call support throughout your entire pregnancy
Birth attendance where I am prepared to support you in various ways such as; essential oils, rebozo, words of affirmation, hydrotherapy, counter pressure, and whatever ways you guide or who me - I work for you!
One postpartum visit where I come help you settle in at home and we talk about your birth experience together. I bring you a recovery bath, balm, or soak based on your needs. I offer basic help with feeding and latching baby, light house chores, and answering any other specific questions you might have, referring you if you need extra support to someone you can trust.
